We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 and reverse any associated transactions.
3. Services Offered
Impact Business Solutions provides the following services subject to these Terms:

- Business directory listings (Free, Basic $29/mo, Featured $79/mo)
- Networking and leads group coordination
- Event hosting, ticketing, and management
- Client portal (proposals, agreements, invoices, file sharing)
- AI Business Growth Scorecard and related tools
- Affiliate/referral program
- Blog and educational resources
4. Business Directory Terms
- All listings are subject to review and approval by Impact Business Solutions at our sole discretion.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information. We are not liable for inaccurate business information.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains false information, or is deemed inappropriate.
- Paid listings (Basic and Featured) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Featured listing placement is subject to availability and may be adjusted at our discretion.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your business name, logo, description, and contact information on our directory.
5. SMS and Text Message Terms (TCPA)

- By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on any form on this website, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages sent via GoHighLevel on behalf of Impact Business Solutions to the mobile number you provided.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications.
- Consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Message frequency varies — typically up to 4 marketing messages per month, plus transactional messages related to your activity.
- Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will receive one final confirmation and no further marketing texts.
- For assistance, reply HELP or contact admin@impacturbiz.com / 844-660-8118.
- The following carriers participate in our SMS program: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
- Recurring subscriptions (directory listings) are billed automatically on your billing date.
- Event tickets are non-refundable unless a refund is requested more than 48 hours before the event. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
7. Affiliate / Referral Program
- Affiliate participation requires approval and is subject to our affiliate agreement.
- Commission is earned only on verified, paid subscriptions originating from your unique referral link.
- We reserve the right to reverse commissions for refunded transactions or fraudulent referrals.
- Affiliate payouts are processed via Stripe and require a valid Stripe-connected account.
- We may terminate the affiliate program or your participation at any time with 30 days' notice.
8. Client Portal
- Client portal accounts are created by Impact Business Solutions staff only.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Electronic signature of agreements through the client portal constitutes a legally binding signature.
- Files uploaded to the portal must not contain illegal content, malware, or infringe on third-party rights.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to other users
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems
- Use automated bots or scrapers on our website
- Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or systems
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Impact Business Solutions or our content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
